Contacted Sliding Door Doctor after trying two other companies who never responded. Steve responded quickly and came to repair our glass sliding door just over a week later. There is no way we could have replaced the worn out rollers on our 35 year old door without breaking glass. It was a tricky job because the fixed glass section had been glued in unbeknown to us. Steve ended up having to pull the side framing off the sliding section to do the work. Now our door glides so easily.Very happy with his work and reasonable price.

Thankyou Steve! This door had been giving us grief for ages. It got to the point we couldn’t even budge it, and it had scraped away the metal guide. My husband and I tried to fix it, which took about 3 hours of mucking around, and no better result, that’s when we called Steve… in no time he worked his magic. He replaced the track, fixed the door and I can literally open it with 1finger. He was friendly, professional, punctual and saved me a few chiropractor bills. We wish we called you sooner!

Will did a fantastic job. My sliding door to the balcony was really difficult to open after renting out for years. When I called, Will explained to me for every steps he is going to do to fix it and the estimated price for all the jobs. He replaced the broken roller with a heavy duty one, changed the track which was almost flat. and adjusted the locker. After Will's impressive job, door is now way much easier to open than before and works like a brand new one, though it is still a very heavy door which I don't think I can "open with a sing finger". Great service and I will highly recommended Will from Sliding Door Doctor. 5 STARS!

Steve was very very good, responded to original enquiry straight away, made a time and date for the repairs, provided a written quote. Phoned before arriving and did an excellent job. We experienced a badly jammed sliding door. We called Steve from Sliding Door Doctor and life has suddenly changed. This door never worked this well even when it was new. We can't thank you enough Steve. Lovely Man, Total Pro and very quick. This may sound corny but every time we open the back door we look at each other with a smile on our faces. We received great professional service from Steve right from the first phone call, all the way through to job finish. One of our sliding doors was almost impossible to open. Steve from Sliding Door Doctor came out and did the most amazing repair. Not only was he fast and efficient, but what I couldn't believe, at first, is that it glides better than it did when we built the house and the door was brand new! I have other sliding doors and now would never consider using anyone else but Steve to fix them.

My back sliding door broke and I thought I would have to get a new one but I came across the crowd that does all the sliding door repairs and by far Sliding Door Doctor was the best value. I think some of the companies doing this seem to be quoting very high prices, around $800-900 but Sliding Door Doctor gave me a good value price, not too expensive, not too cheap and it was fantastic because it was a fixed price, I knew what I was going to pay! The explanation on the phone was simple and to the point and the repair went smoothly. Needless to say, my door is sliding really well, would've loved to have done this years ago. Strongly recommend Sliding Door Doctor, thanks guys!

The rollers and rail on my 1.6m x 2.5m (~90kg) sliding door panel were worn & had become almost impossible to open. Furthermore, there didn’t seem to be enough clearance to lift the panel out of the tracks. Will & his assistant Conrad (VIC) did an amazing job, thanks guys!
